Johnn, that is so lovely. You have such wonderful words, I have a question. When you sit down to write, how long does it take you to complete such a beautiful writing? You are very gifted.

This one seemed to write itself, I wrote it on the back of an envelope while I waited for my wife to attend an employment meeting, maybe twenty minutes.
Some times I do labor over a poem, one took me three days to find the right words to fit the picture in my mind onto paper. It drove me nuts until I did! Funny how an idea, a picture can drive you to set it into words sometimes. Someday I will have to take the several thousand poems I have and put them into a more serious collection, (thankfully they’re all on computer now.) That is if I ever get the time!
