I came home one day and found green paint all over the the garage door and some of the trim. The trim and garage door were painted brown. My dad could not see any difference in the two colors. But he all so told me that he and others like could stop camouflage easier that other. I thought it was odd that someone who could not see the difference between brown and green which are colors used in camouflage. When I worked at a photo lab all the color proofers were women. I was also surprised about the number of blind people that worked in the lab.

Okay, that’s not the only explanation. Your dad has a defective gene on his X chromosome. But you didn’t get your X chromosome from him. You got yours from your mom. Chances are, your children won’t have to worry about it.

But don’t let your relatives shop for you.
