Most people don’t know sage has a variety. Here, we have the yellow and the purple. There are quite a few other varieties around the world, but all have the distinctive “sage” smell and taste when added to food. Some leaves are stronger than others.

It seems it's the pollen to which I'm allergic.

But there aren't many places in the world where you don't find grass, sagebrush and/or trees. LoM and I have looked...
