Never heard of such a thing. Do you aim it at the windshield and the frost just evaporates...? Could have used that at some high school parties... *\;-)

Yup.
It looks like a really FAT windshield scraper, but it also has a little heater/fan in it. You plug it into the cigarette lighter and let it do its magic!!
I could get one for you, too, if you wanted it...
