There is no reason that, in this time of financial stress, a private citizen should horde this much storage. From this day forward, this administration will place a 50% storage tax on this sort of excessive digital storage capacity. In order to reduce the carbon footprint of these 2TB drives, 1TB will be dedicated to storing copies of "Earth in the Balance" and "The Day After Tomorrow" to be shared via The People's Net. A People's Net sharing tax will be instituted next week.
