When I first saw LOST, I saw a group of hikers attacked by a polar bear on a tropical island. And I thought, “this is too cool, I gotta see more”
Then after seeing mini biography flashbacks, a crazy Frenchwoman, a hatch door in the middle of nowhere and the Black Rock, I didn’t think it could be any more awesome.
Then came the planted airplane on the bottom of the ocean. The Purge. Time travel.
And now the conflict between good and evil, light and darkness, faith and science, destiny and control. What other show on TV discusses philosophy and makes it great viewing???
Best show ever put on the small screen.
I agree. Hence the reason I’m gonna be major depressed after next season ends (the last season).
There is some talk now about a “Lost” movie....that might tie everything together and give answers to anything unanswered after the series ends. Hmmmmm...
Then they have the absolute best acting of any TV show ever. It is like watching a great movie with great acting every single episode.
I'll second that!
I agree completely. It’s been a momumental achievement. I just hope they make sense of everything in season six. Our sons are afraid the writers will default to (gasp) aliens. It would be much better if they stuck to the Biblical overtones. Every episode is just great; each one a morality tale unto itself.

amen!
