Okay..., so you’re forming your opinion on these other civilizations from the information you have from another person who is a relative, is that it? I vaguely seem to remember some talk about this idea before, but I didn’t remember who it was. It might have been you.
I guess you’re saying you have some first-hand-witness testimony (by way of your relative) that has seen these things...?
He saw the craft routinely by virtue of his highly classified job. However, they were more adjacent, so to speak—to his work area. He did not work per se around them closely.
He did work closely with a well known physicist.
I don’t think he ever saw any critters.
