You make some excellent points...

Just my own personal opinion, based on what I have read biblically as well as other theories I have heard.

I tend to believe the Tribulation period has started in Oct 2008...I think maybe if anything cataclysmic should happen in 2012 it would explain why many people were killed..(Actually the RAPTURE of the Church) that might be the delusion GOD sends to the un-believer...2012

And 2015 could be the return of Christ to earth...

Personally,

I don’t think Tribulation has started.

The Birth pangs before it—yes.

I think the AC will be overtly and widely known at the beginning of the Great Tribulation.
