You can borrow the socks - just make sure they’re clean when you’re done with them. Oh, and keep the tin.

Off topic, my mom bought my 2 1/2 year old niece and nephew sock monkeys for Valentine's Day (the socks reminded me of this story). My niece was scared of it. LOLOL She kept looking at it suspiciously all night. Like, "It's from grandma, so it's probably OK, but what is he grinning about???"

That’s so funny! I used to have a sock monkey. And Raggety Ann and Andy - I always wondered why my heart wasn’t on my skin like theirs were.
