So true. The therapy is usually for the one that won't acknowledge the problem and has no skills or will to fix it. Unfortunately it's usually the other one that drags them there.

That's totally true. That's why we went to her- to get some skills. But she would never give us anything concrete.

Grrr....The only positive is that we went through my employee assistance plan at work and didn't have to pay her out of pocket.

I think some folks go into it thinking it’s going to be some lightening bolt to the relationship...suddenly I see the light!!

but really I think it ends up making a lot of people realize that they were right to begin with.
