Will the wildcard night have 12 of the cut 27 perform for votes, or do the judges just pick who they want?

This is so stupid. They had a formula that worked. Tuesday: Guys sing. Wednesday: Girls sing. Thursday: Dramatic results.

They can never leave well-enough alone.

It sounds like the judges each get to pick three. BUT I did read something (of course I can't remember where) that the top vote getter from each show gets to perform. So, it would be the judges pick 2 and then the highest vote getter.

I'm not really sure I like this new format either.
