Led by American Idol, Fox got over the “hump” in winning fashion, with a 1.1 metered market rating point advantage over second-place ABC. Third overall on Wednesday was CBS, followed by NBC and the CW. Of note was five hours of the programming being devoted to our new President, Barack Obama. So did Idol beat the Obama love-fest in the ratings? LOL!!
