WTF? Why should I be happy with anything that Lambert does? Aside from that, I have to say thanks for the link, because his disrespect for our National Anthem just solidifies my deep dislike for this POS.
Kelly's next single, I Do Not Hook Up, goes to radio on April 7th. It's a catchy pop song that most conservatives should like for its message against boozing and casual "hook up" sex by today's young people. The lyrics for the chorus are:
Oh, no I do not hook up, up
I go slow
So if you want me
I don't come cheap
Keep your head on my hand and
Your heart on your sleeve
This is a welcome antidote to the trash directed by show biz to young people 24x7x365. It's a counter message to Fantasia's first hit called Baby Mama, which celebrated pregnancy for very young girls on welfare.
So far in her career, Kelly has been the "anti-celebrity." She's not stick thin, doesn't do drugs, lives in Texas, and has a cross tatooed on the inside of one wrist to remind her to remain humble. Because her love life hasn't been plastered all over the tabloids, she's been getting questions about whether or not she's a lesbian. She emphatically said no, "I could never be a lesbian." And, so far, she's kept her political leanings to herself, whatever they may be. Smart girl.
