I’ve been thinking about this new rule thing and they did that montage before announcing “the rule” that showed Tamyra Gray and Daughtry leaving early but they were in the #4 spot and according to “the rules” the judges cannot use the save on the top 5...so that means that if “the rule” was in effect in the past, it wouldn’t have saved Tamyra or Chris anyway!

What is sad is he was never in ‘da hood, nor was shelly. His lack of class is organic and a result of a massive dose of ego.
Class comes from humility — something that the current caretakers of the White House do not have.
Speaking of caretakers, can you see them overseeing the gardeners of the White House vegetable patch.
It's the first week of the Top 12 (or 13). I only remember Hicks and Daughtry standing out at this time during their season.
OK my take :
Group Sing - cute, well choreographed. I’ll give it a 65 Dick.
Ford Commercial - I liked it. Can’t go wrong with We Will Rock You.
Kanye West - sucked major canal water. Has a terrible voice, off key, and his ?band? looked ridiculous.
Kelly Clarkson - Loved the song, loved the performance, but I notice we are in “chubby” Kelly phase again. This girl’s wieght yo-yo’s more than Paula’s sanity. Still and all she is an awesome singer and a beautiful woman no matter what size she is this month! Loved it.
I like the SAVE rule. However, they used a bad example. According to Ryan the rule is only through the Top 5. Daughtry got voted off TOP 4 week and would not have benefitted from this rule.
Jasmine and Jorge were probably the correct vote offs, and I fully understand the judges not using the save.
And finally, Carrie is FANTASTIC!!!!!!

Ah, that's 2 out of the 4 they listed that they could NOT have saved because she was in the top 4 and they cannot use the save once we get to the top 5. See how dishonest they are?
The judges pimped so hard for Fantasia in season 3, that they are the reason Jennifer was voted off early. Besides, she's won an Oscar, but her albums and singles have not been selling much.
Absolutely right, and if I recall they didn't mourn Jennifer leaving, because they were so focused on the one good song that fantaiser did, while on the floor.
As for Daughtry, he kept doing the same thing every week and the audience got tired of it. I'm not sure the judges would have brought him back if they had the chance then. Foresight isn't 20-20, hindsight is.
Yep and I pointed out, they couldn't have savead him anyway because he was in the top 4.

I was relieved that they went even wilder for Kelly :) Their cheers were near deafening. And they seemed to be more into Kelly's song than whatever it was West did.
