Don’t you just love the smooth free-flowing traffic of a 9:30 am or so workday in Washington, D.C. LOL! In a real world "24", jack would be stuck in traffic for 23 hours. the other hour would be spent waiting for a FISA judge to provide a wiretap clearance.
