It is believed Jett Travolta was autistic. Scientology does not believe autism exists, hence, he would not have been treated for it.
Autism, Puberty, and the Possibility of Seizures
Written by Stephen M. Edelson, Ph.D.
About one in four autistic individuals begin to have seizures during puberty. The exact reason for the onset of seizures is not known, but it is likely that the seizure activity may be due to hormonal changes in the body. Sometimes these seizures are noticeable, (i.e., associated with convulsions); but for many, they are small, subclinical seizures, and are typically not detected by simple observation.
Some possible signs of subclinical seizure activity include:
- exhibiting behavior problems, such as aggression, self-injury, and severe tantrumming;
- making little or no academic gains after doing well during childhood and pre-teen years;
- and/or losing some behavioral and/or cognitive gains.

There are hundreds of root causes for siezures, so Travolta could be 100% correct.
As I mention before my son has had four brain sugeries, the cause of his original siezures was a dysplasia, twice brain tissue was removed, the siezures continue. And they change characteristic over time, with different meds.
For all I know the original cause could have been removed and they continue due to the brain surgeries to correct the orignal problem. The brain is complex and just probing around can be harmful.
I know you all want a simple reason but even after an autopsy is conducted the EXACT cause may never be known - deal with it.
I’m 100% sure his family is.
There is no cure for autism. They are not even certain what causes autism. 1 of 156 children have autism. He seemed totally normal until around age two. Age two is when he had the high fevers and a doctor — versus a blogger reading gossip sites — diagnosed him with Kawasaki.
In other words, you were reaching to your normal extreme to make a disgusting comment. The mainstream medical community has no established treatment for autism; infact many deny that it is a medical condition.
