Wonder why Scotland Yard would have Obongo’s Indonesian passport, and how would they have gotten possession of it?

No clue.....

Indonesia was formerly the Dutch East Indies, Kenya was formerly a British Overseas colony. Barry's father and stepfather came from different country's colonies that were given independence at different times. It makes little sense that a Scotland Yard official (?) would have possession of an Indonesian passport issued to Barry (Who?).

This whole thing sounds like something that would have come out of the Patrice Lumumba University

Aloha BIGLOOK how is the new year treating you? One thing no one has thought of is to look in the August 15 - 31, 1970 Hawaii newspaper archives to see if Maya’s birth is announced there. I know if someone submitted a manuscript of all this and labeled it as Non-fiction they would be laughed right out of the publisher’s office!
The story “The Star-Bulletin” published the other day was pretty hilarious too! The minister of the Unitarian Church where the memorial was held for Madelyn Dunham on Dec.23/08 casually mentioned to the presstitute who wrote the story that he had to remind Jr that Jr had attended Sunday School at the church between the ages of 6 and 10. Pretty hard for Jr to do that considering he lived in Indonesia between the ages of 6 and 10.
