......and how has Detroit done since Harrington left?

Joey has won more games since he left the Lions, than the Lions have. I rest my case.

Now that’s funny. By the way how many teams has ‘joey’ played for recently?

Harrington’s career record as a starter is 23-43, and he’s thrown more career interceptions (77) than touchdowns (72).

People are more upset over the football team than how the local officials are running the city.

:’) Harrington took the fall for the downward spiral of the entire team and staff. Any potential he ever had, or ever demonstrated, was wrecked by playing for the Lions. For that matter Jon Kitna was basically scapegoated by Marinelli and de facto forced out of his career.

Agreed. Same with the Patriots. Given that I have two friends (a Patriots fan and a Cowboys fan) who spent all season telling me that the Bolts wouldn’t make the playoffs I can certainly say I was happy last night when my Chargers made the playoffs and neither of those teams did.

Even though the Bolts have done well the past few seasons I can say that as an Army football fan I feel the pain of fans of teams like Detrioit, Oakland, Kansas City, etc.
