Levin won’t touch it because he is a brilliant lawyer. He knows it has no chance. There are gaping loopholes in our process and Obama sauntered through them. It is too late. Any discovery or procedural change might help us 2012 but Obama will be the 44th president.
Rush & Sean won’t mention it because they follow Levin’s lead on legal matters.
Well, that’s a good analysis, imho.
But it doesnt answer the question of why Levin and the others havent come out and at least commented that “it is an interesting angle, and presents a novel legal/constitutional situation, but i dont see it succeeding”, or something along those lines. Maybe Rush did say something like that.
To say virtually nothing about these cases pending against the POS-elect is unusal, also jmo.
It is an interesting situation, havinga POS-elect possibly be a foreigner, and good fodder for talk radio. I am sick about hearing about bailouts and the UAW, and wouldnt have minded hearing some of their opinions on these cases(specifically Levin’s).
There are a lot of other cases that get discussed in the news. Completely ignoring discussion of these cases raises more suspicions, some of which have surfaced in this thread.
Levin surprises me because he is always touting the Constitution and on it’s face, this issues seems to smack it right in the face.
I have listened to all his podcasts since July and the one time it was started to be brought up he silenced the caller and said he didn’t care about it. Struck me as kind of odd.
Push for these new discovery laws. I like the legislative efforts to force future presidential candidates to show their Birth Certificate to be on the ballot. This will prevent Barry from having a Second term. We need to get this in as many states as possible. Particularly in states where Obama won.
