We already know Texas Tech gets shafted - two BCS games go to texas and ou - so there is no question there.
Maybe Ohio st gets dropped into the Cotton Bowl (they still play that, right?) against UT or TT.

I don't think TT can go to a major. It's my recollection that it is 2 per conference, and Texas and OU are going to get the slots for the Southwest Conference Big 12
