I heard the judge say he was eligible for parole in 5....but he received the max on nearly every count.

He is NOT eligible for parole after 5 years. He got two additional enhancers that are 18 months to 72 months EACH. They are to be aerved CONSECUTIVELY so each counts does not start until OJ had served the first chagre. So after he is a good bitch in prison for his minimum 5 years, he gets parole but THEN has to START serving the 1st enhancer. When he has served the minimum 18 months for that, he starts serving the 2nd enhancer.

Saw it on TV and best part was seeing the Goldman family in court watching the judge give them a little justice, although years too late.

Considering these charges, this guy is getting off easy, and will no doubt be released in 5 to 6 years.
