We shall se what our four fine conservative members of the SCOTUS have to say on the matter.

I gather that they will refuse the case, what is your guess?

I’m not sure that the Supreme Court actually has the power to force anybody to do anything.
***Yes, that’s why Andrew Jackson said his famous line about letting the Supreme Court enforce its decision. But the constitution is our central law, and anyone who wants to be president is subject to it.

I am only interested in preserving the Constitution. It has been seriously trashed as it is

Indeed. That ship has sailed, friend.

Wow! I'd say the democrat party has known all along that the affirmativea ction candidate was ineligible on Constitutional requirements and has sought o perpetrate a fraud on the American people. Why?

Well, there are amny reasons, not the least of which would be the 'Johnson' effect ... by appointing/promoting a black affirmative action candidate despite what the Constitution states, democrats would have the black vote guaranteed for another fifty years regardless of the actual representation black people get or the number of black alive unborn children the demcorats are responsible for helping to slaughter in utero or just out. Poor Bill R made a big mistake by revealing the truth he and his fellow democrats know.

I think a lot of people fear that if they even speak of this issue they’ll be labeled as a loon. Never mind the fact that the Supreme Court discussed it today.

They are pathetically weak. This guy Obama lies about everything and we are suppose to believe in this instance he is telling the truth?

“Voice of reason” and “your opinion” are not necessarily the same thing.

I’ve been agitating for a long time for contracts to be opened at Intrade. Go ahead and throw your weight around over there. If you get a contract opened, there will be no limit to how much money you can pour into it.

It seems to me that the decision the SCOTUS is making is whether the responsibility for vetting a candidate is assumed by the SOS of each individual state and territory or by the Party (DNC) who nominates the candidate.

It would be prohibitive and almost impossible for each state to investigate each individual candidate. Even if copies of their original birth certificate were used each state's procedures differ.

OTOH the political parties have the money and time to vet their candidate....Not only that they should be held legally responsible for each individual that runs on their ticket.

With that in mind, I'm betting that the cases naming individual SOS will just be referred back to their states with reprimand and the Berg Case naming BO and DNC will have higher precedence.

My offer to wager applies to you, too. You think I'm wrong? Put up some money.

Nonsense. If Obama is ineligible, it is solely Obama’s fault for putting the country through this. No one else’s.

I’m saying that the Supreme Court will not weigh in on this issue because of the absurdly huge ramifications involved

Then what purpose does a "supreme" court have?

You know, we need to churn out a generation of conservative lawyers, teachers and journalists. That’s probably the ONLY way we have a chance at keeping conservatism alive.

No idea. This is not the case I want them to take anyway. I want them to take Berg’s.

Then what purpose does a "supreme" court have?

To decide legal issues that are incapable of being resolved, for one reason or another, by the political process.

Atta boy, make a total ass of yourself. People like you tried that ‘wanna bet, put your money where your mouth is’ during the 2000 election controversy. I took one fools bet and the amount was set at $1000. Never heard form the pissant after the final decisions that made him a loser like you. Try your condescending saunter somewhere else. You’ve exposed your agenda and lost ALL credibility for a conservative website. [BTW, I’m pinging Jim because soemtimes he gets a kick out of foolishness like yours.]

Berg's case got as far as being turned down by the supremes it was probably because he had something like the real BC in his corner

This sounds like the API Michelle Obama tape. If Berg has this real birth certificate, I assume he could post it on the internet, get as many television interviews as he wished, submit it to state secretaries of state, etc. I doubt that he would just put it in a drawer and hope from a miracle from the Supreme Court.

Whoever voted for Calero should sue her or the state of New Jersey because their vote was never going to count.
***Then why do the lower courts keep dismissing these lawsuits due to lack of standing? This is basically a hole in our constitution and Obama drove a truck through it.
