Yup, I’d just bought the lamp and turned it on. Didn’t take long for the cardinal to notice and then he began throwing himself at the window. It looked like he was hurting himself so I removed the lamp right away. Fortunately there was a similar white lamp in another room that I traded it for and Mr. Cardinal finally calmed down.
I declare, that is a story and a half. He could have really hurt himself. Strange~~~but cute!
