Oh, January:) No wonder I couldn’t find your birthday when I went back to last year’s December threads....D’uh.
People born in December and January get slighted.
I always buy and then decide what is for birthdays and what is for Christmas.
Marissa is much more a people person that the rest of my family. JustJr, MrJust and I are introverts. Marissa knows everyone and thinks they are her best friend. :)
I’m trying to convince her that this year is the last BD party. I’m sure she will start making plans next November.
I just love this talk about pie.
A slice of Jaycee’s coconut cream would do me fine:)
Then again, cherry pie was once my favorite, and that was with scoops of chocolate chip ice cream on top!!
Woo Hoo, I got the first ‘100’ of the December thread, LOL!!
Pinging GeeBee in case you are online....are you there?:)
Oh Meg ... that chocolate pie look scrumptious. My favorite pie is chocolate cream but your pie might kick mine to second place.
Hope you are having a great day. Hugs for the kittens.
JustJr brought his kitten with him when he came for Thanksgiving. Cissy and Marissa had a great time. I spent lots of time, picking up what Cissy tossed off the desk. She is a nuisance! As I tried to hide stuff from her, she kept trying to grab it away from me. Kittens are fun!
Have a great day,

It takes awhile but I am gradually getting “NO” across ..most of the time..They are so curious. Making the bed requires closing them out..They LOVE grabbing the sheets as you try to put them on..My little one will put anything small in her mouth so I really have to watch it.
Your desk stuff is new and anything new is fair game..I laugh at trying to put Christmas decor out.
My daughter makes great desserts and biscuits..I gained weight when I stayed with her.
Love it!
It makes me want to make a cream pie. That one looks especially delicious. I meant to add Happy Pie Day and the old brain flipped back to my work!!
I don’t think they know how ugly they are. I’m glad we don’t have to endure that on this thread.....shhhhh, don’t tell anyone. They may hear!
Exactly the reason why we don't go to Furr's except for Thanksgiving dinner! LOL!
Isn’t it the truth? When December 1 hits, I know I can’t put off anything for a moment. Everyone is doing the same all over the world. After I get the house the way I want it, and the decorating done, and all the gifts wrapped, I can enjoy the (few hours) before Christmas~~LOL~~
Seriously, I like to have it all done the week before Christmas and enjoy for a while, then get ready for the Christmas Eve party.
I was wondering who was taking care of that moon.
Good Luck to you and your sweet little kitties. Hope they don’t have much pain. Mama Meg will take good care of them, we can bet on that.
Hmmmm...I never thought of putting chocolate CHIP ice cream
on cherry pie! Might taste like chocolate-covered cherries?
It is my first experience with female kitties so I am a bit nervous..It takes them longer to recover..I had to cut out feeding at 6..Their bowls are empty..I am feeding Silky in the garage and I have some very confused kittens..and Silky is not happy either.. I feel like an ogre..but know it is necessary.
Wish them and me luck!(((HUGS)))
That bear in the tulips is adorable!
Thanks! Ditto re: hoping You had a splendid day!
“...There should only be ONE birthday in December. :)”
Awesome comment!
I know WHOM You mean!
