A lot cheaper than sending lawyers to argue "standing", "State/Federal powers", etc, etc, etc. But he rather pay all those lawyers. Heck they could be going over the questionnaires of folks wanting to work in his administration, which gets down to the level of, "do you now or have you ever owned a gun?
