I didn’t do it, they’re just bad, always have been.

Thankfully just one is badly screwed up right now, so with a crutch, or maybe a cane, I should remain mobile until I can get a new one.

I can sympathize. One of mine has never been the same since I fell on a broken bottle at the bottom of a swimming pool in the snow. (You can guess about how old I was... *\;-)

I had my left knee “fixed” and didn’t realize how bad my right one was until my left knee was “quiet.”
The right knee will have to do. My left knee now has no “padding” under the cap.
