I'm sorry....I read that chills with a fever means your body needs some nutrition to fight the infection.

The chills and fever are part of the onset of a relapse of CFIDS. I knew it was coming but I kept trying to avoid it by keeping busy. WRONG thing to do! LOL!
So I’m going to lie down and read for a while, and maybe even nap.
