The Electoral College will meet on Dec 15. A decision, to have any chance of being other than moot, needs to be handed down before then.

Keyes went to Ca because he was a presidential candidate (American Independents Party? not sure) and so his standing was as another candidate, he had the right to challenge Ozero’s qualifications regarding constitutional minimum requirements.

Not so ...

An election based on the perpetration of a fraud is no election.

A judge in Terre Haute, IN just threw out the election of the mayor the other day - violation of the Hatch Act ...
