Is it a common drink there? Sorry, I’m fascinated by regional differences. lol I didn’t know breaded tenderloins were regional until I heard the Monday Night Football announcers trying to figure out what they were during a broadcast from Indy.
Where do you live? We "bread" round steak and veal cutlets...and fry it.
A friend and I were laughing recently about her MIL who fried everything in lard --(pig fat). It was so unhealthy that she lived to be only 101...and probably died when she started eating store bought food.

I grew up in the St. Louis suburbs and I've never found anyone outside of St. Louis/Missouri who has heard of pork steaks. Not chops, not tenderloin...pork steaks. Haven't had one since I moved from St. Louis in 1979...unless I was visiting there.
