Success for a leader is a thriving economy

Obama's policies are poisonous to the economy

a secure nation

Judging by Barney Frank's desire to gut the military, I don't see how Obama is going to be succesful here either.wartime victory

Obama wants to surrender.

I understand what you want and that is what all right-thinking Americans want.

I just don't see Obama's policies would create a 'successful' America.

Hence the original post. I will remain skeptical, but give Obama the benefit of the doubt. I will judge him entirely on the next 4-years, not the last few.
