Fairly ridiculous, considering that the last social conservative GOP nominee was Reagan (yes he was a fiscal conservative and a hawk, too). In addition, the anti-gay marriage amendments win all around the country, and most folks oppose Roe vs. Wade's provisions. The no same sex marriage amendment won in FL by two to one, while McCain lost, and is winning in California, while McCain was crushed.
Sorry but you social conservatives need to get a life. Most Americans are sick of Roe v Wade coming up every 4 years. If we get justices to overturn it...fine, but Social Conservatives = BIG GOVERNMENT.
