Yes she was perhaps the only one worth voting for in this election.

I have always felt that it was Hillary’s supporters voting in open primaries that put McCain at the top of our ticket, and that it was the choice of Sarah Palin that almost won this election.

Sarah Palin is the only chance McCain had to bring in conservatives. She’s the ONLY thing that kept the race relatively close. McCain was the last nail in the McCain coffin-—He was DOA.

No. Her handling for the first month after she was chosen is the culprit. Like when it was with Dubya, they let the media defined who she was, and she’s never recovered. It’s not a coincidence that the handler was ex- Bush official.

She’s the main reason I pulled the lever for McAmnesty and the only reason his beating didn’t resemble Fritz Mondales even more so.

Sarah Palin is the reason that McCain got as many votes as he did. Quit with the blame game b.s. We’re going to hear enough of that bogus crap from the MSM.

I’m sorry did she nationalize banks and pick Harriet Miers for the Supreme Court among other things?

LOL. How could it be Palin’s fault? It was *McCain* who picked her.

McCain’s problem is that he wanted to be president so bad that didn’t support a better candidate than himself for GOP nominee.

Sarah not being our VP is why I’m crying right now. How dare you?

On the contrary, Sarah is the only reason many of us voted for Mac.

Sarah Palin is the only thing that kept the McCain team going. McCain was his own worst enemy, he was too kind.

If the GOP and McCain in their infinite wisdom go after her, they really will put a nail in their coffin.

Beyond his control:
The economy and changing demographics played a role for sure.

Like Bob Dole, he was too old, stiff, and perceived as uncool, unfunny, and part of the establishment. The wrong candidate.

Within his control:
His own pandering years past (2002) “McCain Feingold” (Which he was very proud of) helped do him in today. Kinda ironic isn't it?

It’s a cinch you don’t have one, judging by your stupid question!

Nope. Sarah isn't to blame.

The American voter wanted to vote in the first African American. It's really that simple.

It wasn’t Sarah, it was John’s inability to speak the truth when it mattered the most. He finally got tough too late in the game. Played right into Obama’s race-card threats.

Agree and Agree. There was so much opposition research on Obama that wasnt used.

Hardly.

Sarah was the ONLY reason I cast my vote for McCain. I said, before the pick, that I would not vote for either candidate. Then came Sarah and my mind was changed. She was the life of this election and the only reason why McCain got the votes he did.

Only the RINOs will see Sarah as the “problem”. Why? Because Sarah is a true red blooded American Conservative. It is time to purge the RINOs and that includes idiotic RINOs who post assinine vanities such as this.

If you even have to ask if Sarah was the “nail in the coffin” I’m fairly sure that DU will accept your sorry a** tomorrow as a new member.

There is coming a civil war...it will be within the Republican party and it will be long and bloody. But the Conservatives will win because that is the only way that the Republicans will win again.

Oh, yeah, sure. McCain and some other old white guy would have done better.

If it hadn’t been for Sarah, this race would not even have been close.

No, John McCain was the nail in the coffin. Many of us said that from Day 1.
