I copied that pumpkin roll recipe. I would love to make it. I don’t have a jelly roll pan. Always heard of them but I am not familiar with them. Guess I will have to buy one. Is it like a cookie sheet with about an inch edge all around?
JC, you are right. A jelly roll pan is nothing more than a cookie sheet with sides about an inch deep. I haven’t made jelly rolls for years - but intend to make this one.
My favorite ‘thing’ is cooking/baking. (Especially if someone else helps with the clean-up.) LOL
