By bedtime last nigh, my back was terrible. The computer makes mine act up as much as housework...sometimes worse but I like the computer best. I do have to get some things done today though. Really!
I can’t sit at the computer any longer..I freep in bed with my laptop..Having my legs up really helps..It is a real backsaver..Of course when it is really flared up ..even that can put a strain on my back..I haven’t really gotten going with the vacuum again yet..much as I adore doing it..LOL
