Meg, when we set out clocks back, my body was so messed up for about a week. The time changes always mess me up, whether I change the clocks backward or forward. Takes a while to get adjusted. I think as we get older, it bothers us more. (not that we are old). LOL`~~

I’m a night owl..I just don’t seem to require as much sleep as I did when younger..so I go to sleep later and later until I am up all night..The only way I can get semi normal is to lose more sleep..I am in that period..thus the nap..Naps, though, REALLY can mess up my going to bed time.
