A while after I made the last report, I went outside and saw smoke to the south-east. This is from new fires in Orange County. So now, L.A. is surrounded by fires. The other fires are west, north-west.
I can smell the smoke and see it being blown to the west, over the ocean.
We are predicted to have temps in the high 80s through Monday, with continued LOW humidity.
Our firefighting resources are stretched, and I expect out-of-staters will be called in.
