I am an expert and the message its giving means that the files that make up his site are gone, or the site itself was changed by the site admin to point to an empty directory. Its not just one file, I have bookmarks to several "interior" pages and they are all gone.

Its also possible that someone "hijacked" his domain name, the ip that www.obamacrimes.com points to says its in Canada which I think strange, but I never checked what the IP was before so it might not have changed.
