The quote is what I heard her say from the tape. Listen for yourself.

I can’t “listen.” I do not have my hearing, but thanks to the person who changed work to worry. I appreciate it!

You do need to fix the headline. What she actually says is:

“It was the most memorable time of my life. I, I...it was a touching moment.”

Reporter: “Why?”

“Because I never thought the day would ever happen. I won’t have to worry about putting gas in my car; I won’t [or maybe ‘wouldn’t’] have to worry about paying my mortgage. You know, if I, if I help him, he’s gonna help me.”

She did not say “I won’t have to work.” On the other hand, does it really matter that she didn’t say this? What she actually said was ignorant enough. She apparently expects Obama to take care of all of her financial worries and hardships. She expects to be prosperous enough, probably due to handouts, so that these things are not worries to her anymore. (And where is that money going to come from?)

In weaker minds, socialism does sound like a good thing. Until the rude awakening.
