LOL! I think you have more pressing issues to deal with, such as how to go on after Florida beats the hell out of Georgia this weekend. LOLouder! You should look at the last time the 'horns went into the Cotton bowl undefeated and looking for a national championship click here

Woohoo! The only interesting bet is how many points will be scored. If it weren’t for new rules I would go for over 100. Defense wins championships.... at least it would in a playoff system. And take a guess at the only conference that supported the playoff system... that’s right... the one that has taken the title the past 2 years.
Dear Big 12,
Completion percentages near 80% is not legitimate. Please don’t mistake poor coverage for an incredible passing game.

I don’t know about that, but the stench of old hippy’s fills the air in the artsy district... ;^)

Although I have been a Longhorn all my life, my wife graduated from Texas Tech and I would like for her school to have a chance at a national championship. But Texas Tech still has to play Oklahoma and Oklahoma State!

Thanks - we were pulling for Texas against Missouri- we'd rather Colt get the Heisman than Daniel - but then, I doubt we have to worry about that now. ;^)
And yes, we have a rough schedule to go.... one week at a time!

Defense wins champsionships? Tell that to Virginia and Chris Long.....our mediocre defense and outstanding offense still outlasted them in the Gator Bowl.

It worked for Auburn four years ago...or it would have if they were to have played USC in the Orange Bowl for the national title like they should have.

I was listening to Kirt Herbsteicht (sp?) and he said that this game might last 5 hours. You gotta figure the over/under has to be close to 100 points.

How about those awesome Red Raiders tonight? My husband, son and brother will have some great memories being at that game. My throat hurts from yelling, the cats have taken shelter as far from me as possible, and that last 8 seconds almost did me and my mom in, but what an awesome accomplishment for Tech. A few tough games to go but this was a sweet victory because I’ve been to alot of Texas-Texas Tech games where the outcome wasn’t so good. :) Tech outplayed Texas almost the entire game and deserved this win. Just had to congratulate a fellow Red Raider! Harrell and Crabtree rock!!!
