The "FAIRNESS DOCTRINE" is anything but fair. It seeks to shut down free speech and muzzle conservative-oriented broadcasting.

What name would you give the "FAIRNESS DOCTRINE" if you were to re-name it?

In other words, what title or name should legislators give this piece of legislation?

I don’t want to come across as advising people to vote against McCain on election day, they should vote for the GOP as one of these two parties WILL win on election day, that said, we will also need to keep President McCain in check.

I think his own view, based on things said in recent years, is that he would support restricting talk radio, bloggers, etc. just as political advertising has been restricted by campaign finance reform.

I oppose the legislation regardless of who is pushing it.
