Particularly in tracking down the astronomer who ended up constructing several versions of the 3D star map Betty described . . . before the astronomers had been able to find that whole region . . . but when they did—it matched perfectly.

Dr. Simon is/was on record as saying he never once believed the story of the Hill’s. All he was interested in was relieving their anxiety.
