We spend way too much of our energy worrying about Osama. He could be alive or dead and it would make no difference. Al Quaeda goes on with or without him. He is a figurehead not Saladin leading his Islamic hordes into battle.

Couldn't agree more. I can't remember how it came up, but it's a non-issue with me at this point considering everything else. If he's alive, what are we going to do with him anyway, have another show trial which might further inflame the Jihadis? We got closure with Saddam, and it doesn't seem to have gained us a whole lot politically.
