For me, it was a wee bit different, I got HAMMERED for no apparent reason, and was furious... It was in relation to a creation / evolution debate, and the evolution crowd was going berserk because they aren’t used to dealing with someone who can conclusively prove that evoluation is fraud.

This was funny. I remember having a swarm of people here mad at me because they didn't want to hear that Dumbledore was gay. The author of the books admitted that she made her character gay but the die hard Pooter fans didn't want to have it.
