I think she owned him. I hope this turns the tide back to McCain’s side. I don’t think America can survive an Obama presidency. Not because we are weak, but because he is so incompetent.

I was hoping to see more pit bull. I would have liked to see her address the role of the Democrats in causing the Freddie/Fannie crisis. I would like to hear McCain address that also, so maybe she was just following his lead.

But please, I never want to hear the word “Maverick” again, unless Goose says it from the RIO seat in an F-14.

She started out nervous, but recovered strongly. The opposite for Biden. He started out strong, but when she hit him with the bloggers and pundits would sort out who is telling who said what, he got really really quiet. Ooops, Joe. :-)

I love Sarah Palin
It will be my great honor to one day vote for her for President of the United States
God bless her greatly , and He has

I admit to being chicken. I was so worried that she'd be that wooden mini-McCain of the campaign handlers tried to ruin that I recorded it, but didn't watch live.
Before I watch, tell me more.
OK. I know I'm a chicken, already.

I thought Biden sadly had here on the issues. She was likeable but he new the the issues vs here reciting the talking points.

Gov Palin did very well.
Sen Biden did okay.
For all intents and purposes, Palin was the winner.

she held her own. I expected to see a little more attacking, but I think the bipartisan thing is something McCain’s people have drummed her.

The guy on CBS just said if anyone was expecting a deer in the headlights experience out of Palin they can now forget it.That's high praise from CBS.
