~Happy Weekend To All~
It is SO quiet and so empty here at my house ,today..Thank
heavens I have the kittens.
Silky, my cat and both kittens wandered through the house looking for the 7 cats that went home with my daughter and SIL
late yesterday. The kitties all slept under the bed in the guest
room..a new behavior, but I think they are trying to adjust! LOL.
I am having to adjust, too. I loved having a nice long visit with them
They will have cleanup to do after Ike.

This is such a beautiful picture. Are you Kitty sitting? Enjoy them. I wish I wasn’t allergic.

That is a beautiful garden image, Meg. Thank you!
I'm happy you kept a couple of the kittens.
They should help with missing your kids.
Kittens can be so entertaining.
They can always find something to play with.
Have a great weekend.

Hope is the thing with feathers That perches in the soul, And sings the tune without the words, And never stops at all,
And sweetest in the gale is heard; And sore must be the storm That could abash the little bird That kept so many warm.
I've heard it in the chillest land, And on the strangest sea; Yet, never, in extremity, It asked a crumb of me.

Hey Meg! Sorry your family has gone home. Know you enjoyed having them with you.
The pic is gorgeous! I like the way they alternated the colors of mums and that looks like dichondra along the edges. The hyacinth bean draped over the pergola is beautiful.
I’d settle for the pavers and chair! It’s been nostop fro the last two days. Cornstalks, mums, pansies, pumpkins, wheat straw. I’m not sure where the recession is, but I don’t think it’s here! :)
All the stations in town yest were out of gas, but you were taking your life in your hands if you tried to get across the highway to the one that did have gas. I have no idea where all the tourists come from, but I sure wish they’d stay home! LOL

A lovely spot to be in.
Are the kitties back to normal?
How quiet it is when loved ones leave, it always amazed me at how empty the house felt.

Okay, I want to know who snuck into my courtyard and took a picture and named it
Frederick Meijer Gardens. :)
Isn't that beautiful! Reminds me I need to go get some mums!
Know you are missing your daughter and son-in-law and all the little fur-babies. But hopefully they will have their house back in order before too long.
