Your Thanksgiving get away sounds terrific! Marissa will get her math. I hope she has a good teacher helping her with it. It's not easy. I'm lucky Booboo gets it because I don't think I'd be much help. My son had a tough time too. He had a really good teacher in 6th grade that made such a difference for him.

I know that I don’t teach her math the same way she learns at school. I could talk to her teacher last year. I really liked her. Marissa has a young male teacher this year. Sometimes it seems that she learns nothing during her hours in school. It is very frustrating.
I’m looking forward to our mini-vacation. It will be very relaxing.
