"Those howls are bone chilling"

When I first moved to AZ, I thought the same thing, JC - but after a while, you get used to it. Coyotes know not to mess with 'big people'. Now, little yorkies - that's another story.

I have never heas a howl here..He just trots by the edge of my patio..came on it once to check things out..I don’t put catfood out until a raccoon actually is seen..I do leave sunflower seeds out.I am glad I have indoor cats.
A coyote would love yorkies and kittens for breakfast.

Good morning ladies.

Yes yorkie....on more than one occasion & have seen a coyote high tailing it down the road with a cat in his mouth. No way would I let my baby out without a leash & an escort!

We live close to response services. The coyotes can hear the sirens before we can hear them & will start mimicing the sirens. It's so funny but they sound just like them!:)
