There was a article which intimated Ayers rewrote the book “Dreams of my father” (aka sins of my father) because the orginial was so poorly written. He may have done the same to “Audacity of Hope” too. Who know?

I had heard that Ayers was the ghostwriter for at least one of the books, but I didn't know there was an original by Nobama himself that needed cleaning up.
I read something else yesterday that is suspicious, too: When Nobama was a student at Columbia, Bill Ayers lived not a quarter-mile from where Nobama lived. Given Nobama's proclivity to seek out lefties ('left-leaning professors' and others cited in his books as the friends he 'chose carefully'), what are the chances that Nobama met Ayers in NYC while in college?
Would that explain why he chose Chicago after college? (Chicago is Ayers' home town, his father was a big utility exec and politically connected) Nobama had never lived there before. And it would also explain why, after Harvard, he was hired by the law firm Bernardine Dohrn (married to Ayers) worked at -- they could have recommended he return to Chicago with a job waiting.
The reason I find these 2 people interesting is that they have truly disgusting views of America and capitalism. They were both awarded rings by North Vietnam, the rings having been made from the metal of U.S. planes that were shot down. When Bill Ayers got his, he was moved to tears, such was his solidarity with Vietnam's 'cause.'
I just can't believe that Nobama and Ayers just bumped into each other in Chicago, and I can't believe Nobama was chosen on merit for the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, and I can't believe Ayers would have chosen anybody for the Chairman of the it's board unless that person was completely trusted by Ayers and completely like-minded...;-))
