Yes but you have to have the overwhelming majority want to do it. We can't seem to get past 46%-46% let alone the 75% plus needed to accomplish that goal, besides we have a government that would prevent that by all means possible. We are living in an America that is an undercover dictatorship. Look how many people we have in government you have been serving their seat since before I was born 24 years ago. The government hasn't been working since the conflicts of the 60’s and 70’s and no one even before I was born was wise enough to get rid of the gluttonous elite that serve in our government. Yes there are a few who do not follow that path and actually try to work for the American people but when you vote them in they are strong armed by the people who have been there for years. They can't accomplish much and have a really hard time getting their message across. Unless you get both major parties and all the other parties to agree on an entire government shift to get all new players in then it cannot happen, and well most liberals don't see a problem with the corrupt people they have serving.
