Thank you all for honoring my Great Gram. That pastel picture was done for me by an artist friend that did it off an old photograph. Old gram told my grandmother(her daughter) that she wanted to have her picture taken by a pro who was a friend of the family. When asked why, she said, “so all my grandchildren and their children will never forget where there blood came fromâ€. So the family called the photographer and had the picture made. aloha FH
